Using the website

• Use Tab and Shift + Tab to move between links, buttons, and form fields. Focus outlines show the selected control.
• The Skip to main content link appears when focused near the start of each page.
• Use Enter to activate links and buttons, and Escape to close job or article preview dialogs.
• Increase your browser’s text size or zoom. The layout adapts to smaller screens.
• If resume autofill cannot read your PDF, enter and review your profile details manually.

Ongoing improvements

We design the portal with labeled form controls, semantic headings, keyboard navigation, visible focus states, and reduced-motion preferences. We continue to review these features as the website changes.

We have not published an independent accessibility conformance audit. Different browsers, assistive technologies, documents, and external application websites may behave differently.
