Terms of use
The practical rules for using Dhebe Jobs as a job seeker or employer.
Last updated: 1 November 2026
Using the portal
Dhebe Jobs helps people discover job listings, apply to participating employers, and manage a job search. Employers can create a company profile, submit job posts, and manage applications. The portal is currently free to use; there is no paid subscription or billing flow.
Use the service honestly and only for legitimate job search and hiring activity. Keep your account details accurate, use your own email address, protect your password, and do not access another person’s account or private files.
Accounts and verification
Job seeker and employer accounts have different tools. Browsing jobs does not require an account. Signing in is required for account saves, profiles, alerts, tracking, applications, and employer tools.
A verified account email is required to apply directly to employer posts, submit employer job posts for review, and use email job alerts. Email features depend on a working portal email connection. You can manage available account tools while email delivery is unavailable.
Job listings and applications
Some jobs accept applications directly on Dhebe Jobs. Submitting an application shares your selected profile information, contact details, cover letter, and attached resume with the relevant employer after you confirm sharing. Employers decide whom to contact, interview, and hire.
Other listings direct you to an original website to apply. That website handles the application. A private tracker entry on Dhebe Jobs is a self-reported record; it does not submit an application or confirm an employer’s status.
Listings are refreshed from accessible sources. Jobs confirmed removed or expired are cleared. Changes, access restrictions, and temporary outages can delay updates. Review the job’s current details and application instructions before applying.
A listing, application, notification, or account does not guarantee an interview, employment, compensation, or a response from an employer.
Employer responsibilities
Only post for a company you are authorized to represent. Provide accurate company information, job requirements, work arrangement, location, compensation where stated, and application deadline. Obtain permission to publish any content you submit.
Use candidate information only for the relevant hiring process. Keep applicant details and resumes private. Do not publish them, sell them, or use them for unrelated marketing. Keep candidate status updates accurate and close a job when you are no longer accepting applications.
Do not request recruitment payments, passwords, banking credentials, or other inappropriate information from candidates through a job listing or application process.
Review, verification, and reports
Company profiles and employer job posts are reviewed before publication. Editing a live posting or company profile can return it to review and remove related listings from public search. Administrators may reject or remove misleading, duplicate, expired, fraudulent, inappropriate, or otherwise unsuitable content and review reports from users.
A verified employer badge indicates a manual portal review. It is not a legal identity certification, an endorsement, or a guarantee of the employer or job. Research an opportunity yourself before sharing sensitive information or accepting an offer.
Use the “Report this job” control on a job listing to flag a concern, or contact us. A report is reviewed and does not automatically establish that a listing is false.
Acceptable conduct
- Do not impersonate a candidate, recruiter, employer, or administrator.
- Do not post scams, unlawful content, harassment, discriminatory abuse, or misleading opportunities.
- Do not upload malicious files, interfere with the service, or attempt to bypass access controls.
- Respect the rights and privacy of others when adding content or contacting applicants.
We may restrict access or moderate content to address abuse and maintain the service.
Your information and account controls
The Privacy Policy describes profile sharing, private resumes, browser storage, service providers, and account controls. You can withdraw a direct application, delete a resume, remove tracker entries, manage alerts, or delete your account using the available tools.
Withdrawal does not undo information an employer has already received. Deleting an employer account removes its company information from the active portal and closes its job posts. Infrastructure backups and limited security records may remain for a period.
Availability and questions
We work to keep the service useful and accurate, but availability, listing completeness, and email delivery can vary. Features and these terms may be updated as the portal develops. The latest version will be published on this page.
