Security Supervisor

Job Description Responsibilities:  You’ll play a vital part in keeping people, property, and information safe. That includes:  Lead, support, and develop a team of Security Officers  Manage rotas, ensuring full cover for absence and holidays  Monitor performance, conduct 1-1s, and maintain high standards  Oversee incident reporting and ensure compliance with procedures  Maintain site documentation, training, and assignment instructions  Act as first point of contact for operational issues and escalations  Ensure effective use of security systems (CCTV, access control, alarms)  Please note - The responsibilities listed here aren’t the full picture—but they give you a good sense of the role. Ideally, you’ll have: Valid SIA Licence  Right to work in the UK, with a 5-year checkable history or the ability to provide documentary evidence for any gaps  Proven supervisory or team leadership experience  Strong communication and client relationship skills  Confident using systems (Outlook, Word, Excel)  Ability to manage performance, priorities, and change  Flexibility to workdays, nights, and weekends, as expected of a Site Supervisor  Desirable:  Health and Safety at Work certification  Customer Service Training  First Aid at Work certification  Additional Information See a different world with Securitas UK Ready to make a difference? Grade: Site Based The Security Supervisor will play a pivotal role in managing security personnel and addressing daily operational issues related to the contract during their shift.
