Key Responsibilities Design and develop MCP Servers and integrations with enterprise tools such as GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, ArgoCD, SonarQube, and Artifactory. Build Agentic AI workflows for code reviews, ticket automation, pipeline triage, and release management. Implement RAG, embeddings, and semantic search to improve AI context and response quality. Develop secure AI solutions with authentication, authorization, guardrails, and policy enforcement. Build evaluation, monitoring, and observability capabilities for AI systems and agents. Develop cloud-native services using Python, Go, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with Product, Platform, Security, and AI SRE teams. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience. 3–5+ years of experience in Software Development, DevOps, or enterprise applications. Strong programming skills in Python and Go. Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI frameworks such as LangChain, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Ray. Experience with DevOps tools, including GitHub, GitLab, Jenkins, Jira, ArgoCD, and Artifactory. Knowledge of APIs, authentication, access control, and secure software development. Preferred Skills Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) services. Knowledge of AI Security, guardrails, red teaming, and AI evaluations. Experience with RAG, embeddings, semantic search, and vector databases. Familiarity with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, and OpenTelemetry. Contributions to open-source AI or DevOps projects.
