You will also be supporting business growth by building relationships with healthcare professionals and delivering value-based product messaging aligned with patient needs Key responsibilities: Territory Execution Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs Execute call plans based on territory segmentation Ensure consistent coverage and frequency of target HCPs Customer Engagement Build and maintain relationships with:Healthcare professionals (HCPs) Key accounts within assigned territory Deliver clear and compliant product presentations Product & Disease Knowledge Develop foundational understanding of:Disease area Product indications and benefits Effectively communicate key product messages to customers Business Insights & Reporting Provide feedback on:Customer needs Market trends Competitor activity Submit timely and accurate reports Cross-Functional Support Support execution of marketing initiatives Collaborate with internal teams for aligned execution Compliance Ensure all activities comply with:Food and Drug Administration Philippines PHAP Code Company policies Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (preferably Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or Business) 1 to 3+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare sales experience Open to high-potential fresh graduates (for pipeline roles) Exposure to hospital or specialty-based selling Interest in complex disease areas Additional Information Multiple times, we have been globally recognized as a "Great Place to Work" and we are proud to provide our employees with the flexibility to maintain a healthy work-life balance.
