Operations Project Manager

职位描述 As an Operation Manager, you’ll be reporting to Global Operations Director and working as part of our China Operation team. You will be managing a perimeter of nearly 800 people covering our global Inspections Operations Process, from order reception to report submission. Your role in this will be to: • Leading a team of nearly 800 people, including different on-site branch managers, team leaders and back-office functions in China region. •Ensuring high performance of Inspections Operations, focusing on Productivity, Reactivity and Innovation. •Monitoring business KPIs and cost control. •Engage and grow a team of high potentials talents within your perimeter, to anticipate internal growth and new businesses’ integration. •Overseeing all aspects of Operations Excellence: from client claims and supplier relations to regulatory compliance and back-office processes supervision. •Delivering the highest standard of services quality while enhancing cost optimization measures to meet within budget.
