Key Responsibilities Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, and IT stakeholders to understand business objectives and translate them into functional requirements. Analyze business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and document requirements, functional specifications, process flows, and user stories. Support solution design and collaborate with development, testing, and support teams throughout the project lifecycle. Lead UAT activities, defect triage, business sign-off, data validation, and deployment and post-production support. Required Skills & Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Finance and/or Supply Chain functions. Strong knowledge of Finance business processes. Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Experience working in cross-functional transformation programs. Ability to bridge discussions between business users and technical teams. Knowledge of business analysis, requirements management, process mapping, and gap analysis. Experience with functional design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Preferred Skills: Strong experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS). Experience supporting Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (R2R), or Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. Knowledge of Supply Chain Operations, Financial Planning, and Reporting. Experience with Finance Transformation initiatives. Background in large high-tech enterprise environments. Exposure to testing, data migration, and ERP transformation programs.
