5+ years of relevant experience at a law firm, in-house, in government, and/or at a judicial clerkship
Meaningful exposure to how law and policy get made, either as a legislative aide, in an agency or administration, or through regulatory advocacy
Willingness to travel
Experience counseling product teams and/or online marketplaces is a plus
Actively experimenting with AI in legal work, and excited to go deeper
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to provide risk-calibrated and solution-focused advice to product and engineering teams
Scrappy and resourceful – when something needs to get done, you find a way to make it happen
