Job Description Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, report preparation, calendar management, and new joiner documentation. Managing New Joiners document requirements. Assist in planning and executing internal company events. Represent the organization at events and engage with attendees to promote a positive experience.  Greet visitors, manage incoming calls and correspondence, and maintain a professional reception environment. Track, order, and organize office and pantry inventory; liaise with building management for routine maintenance and facility improvements. Managing the workplace is clean and comfortable for everyone.  Other tasks assigned by the line manager.  Qualifications Fresh graduate or undergraduate in any field. Strong attention to detail and ability to ensure compliance with established standards. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Proficiency in Google sheet or similar tools. Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to handling challenges.
