Warehouse Supervisor

Job Description Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the activities of warehouse personnel, including receiving, storing and distributing goods.  Ensure the timely receipt of incoming shipments, verifying the quantities and quality of goods.  Coordinate and communicate effectively with the warehouse and O&M team Report  to the procurement officer in monitoring the performance of the department.  Prepare regular inventory reports and analyses for management review Organize and maintain inventory levels, conducting the regular stock counts and reconciling discrepancies.  Maintain the safety and tidiness of the warehouse  Identify the areas for improvement and implement the initiative to enhance the warehouse efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Requirements Diploma in Warehouse/Supply Chain/Logistics or any other business-related disciplines At least 3 years of Warehouse experience Candidates are proficient in Google applications or Microsoft Office applications.
