Job Description YOU... develop, maintain, and continuously optimize integrated production and project schedules for satellite manufacturing, integration, and testing (AIT) activities translate project milestones into realistic schedules and ensure alignment of activities, resources, and delivery targets coordinate planning activities across Engineering, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Logistics, and Project Management monitor schedule performance, KPIs, critical paths, and key milestones while proactively identifying bottlenecks and deviations analyze the impact of material shortages, capacity constraints, resource conflicts, and scheduling risks, and drive mitigation actions prepare forecasts, status reports, and planning scenarios to support Production and Project Management decision-making Qualifications YOU... hold a degree in Engineering or a comparable technical qualification have experience in production planning, scheduling, operational planning, project planning, or resource planning possess good knowledge of SAP and Excel; experience with Unified Planning (UP), Planisware, Primavera, MS Project, or comparable planning tools is an advantage have a solid understanding of manufacturing, assembly, integration, testing, or industrial operations stand out through strong communication and coordination skills and are comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders across different functions have a professional working proficiency in German and English We value diversity and therefore welcome all applications – regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic and social origin, religion/belief, disability, age and sexual orientation and identity.
