Paid Social Specialist

JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a Paid Social Specialist (div/f/m) who is characterised by a high degree of pro-activeness, openness to learn, and a can-do mentality and who is burning to further develop and, above all, to contribute their passion in the field of Paid Social. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Set-up and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms like Meta, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn Analyzing campaign data and generating reports to provide valuable insights and actionable recommendations for our clients Designing and running A/B tests to compare different ad variations, targeting strategies, or landing pages for performance optimization Regularly monitoring performance metrics and optimising campaigns, ensuring goals & KPIs alignment and client satisfaction Allocating and managing budgets for paid social campaigns to achieve optimal results, preparation of Paid Social forecasts and media plans Report on activity on weekly, monthly and quarterly basis WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR Are open-minded and eager to learn, adapt, and grow in a fast-paced environment. Fluent English communication skills (Both written and verbal) Excellent time management and organisational skills with a high attention to detail Always keep an oversight, even when various tasks are at hand Think proactively and have an inquisitive and numeric mindset Have at least 1 year of experience with hands-on paid social projects Have an understanding of Social KPIs, campaign optimisation, and are able to analyse results with the help of Excel/Google Sheets and platform data Snapchat, Pinterest, Reddit and Google ads experience is a plus Experience with tooling such as smartly, hunch, locker studio and adverity is a plus. Have collaborative skills for working with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders Have a passion for (Paid) Social and are always up to date for news and trends WE OFFER Dynamic, supportive, and creative team environment.
