Job Description Assist Pastry Chef / CDP Pastry in daily pastry and bakery operations. Prepare mise en place for desserts, pastries, breads, and baked items. Support in production of cakes, desserts, doughs, creams, and fillings according to standard recipes. Ensure quality, taste, and presentation meet international brand standards. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of pastry and bakery workstations. Follow HACCP, food safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times. Proper storage and labeling of pastry and bakery ingredients. Operate pastry and bakery equipment safely and efficiently. Support service requirements during peak hours and special events.
