Key Account Manager BU Construction (Center Romania)

Job Description   Managing client relationships and building and strengthening long-term relationships with key accounts in the construction sector Collecting and conveying relevant information to improve sales strategies and inform account planning Creating and maintaining a comprehensive client portfolio with detailed account profiles and interaction history Presenting offers and the features of products and services in a clear and convincing manner tailored to client needs Monitoring account performance through regular tracking of sales metrics, revenue targets, and key performance indicators Identifying and pursuing upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts to maximise revenue potential Coordinating with internal teams including delivery, technical support, and project management to ensure seamless client service and satisfaction Conducting regular account reviews and developing strategic account plans to support client growth and retention objectives Managing contract renewals, negotiations, and amendments whilst ensuring compliance with company policies and terms Qualifications Education: University DegreeBusiness Administration, Marketing, Sales, Economics, or a related field Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development (usually 3–5 years for mid-level roles) Experience managing key or strategic accounts, preferably in the same industry Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Familiarity with B2B sales and client relationship management Knowledge of the specific market/industry (e.g., Bucharest market, if region-specific) Ability to travel occasionally, if client visits are required Negotiation skills: experience in closing deals and managing contracts Strategic thinking: ability to identify growth opportunities and develop account strategies Communication and presentation skills: articulate, confident, and professional Romanian language - fluent English language - advanced Additional Information What We Offer The opportunity to join a leading international company in the construction solutions industry.
