Build the digital asset economy world of tomorrow, today About the Role. You would be one of the founding engineers. You would work on a product that would be used by consumers globally. You would be instrumental in shaping on the technology and tech culture in the company. About You. You care about the product and the impact that it brings. You have attention to detail. You have keenness to understand business along with learning different technologies. You are a problem solver with strong engineering fundamentals. You care more about solving customers' problems and building a delightful experience than about using some particular technology to do that. Must have skills You can articulate complicated technical concepts clearly and learn coding languages if needed. Ability to get under the hood and debug/tune components. An insatiable curiosity to keep learning. Expertise in any part of the stack: front-end, back-end, devops or just the desire to get better. Good to have skills An understanding of blockchains the distributed systems engineering. We’d also love to see: Open source contributions, hobby projects. Sharing of knowledge - either through technical talks, teaching classes, consulting on projects, or formal mentoring.
