BIM Coordinator - Infrastructure

Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled BIM Coordinator with direct experience working on infrastructure projects (roads and utilities) to join our team in Bangalore. As a BIM Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and implementing Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes for large-scale infrastructure projects throughout the region. Coordinate BIM activities across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring seamless integration of various design elements Develop and maintain BIM execution plans, standards, and workflows for infrastructure projects Perform clash detection, resolve conflicts, and optimize designs using advanced BIM software Collaborate with project stakeholders to ensure BIM models meet project requirements and deadlines Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and provide technical support to team members high-quality 3D visualizations and simulations for client presentations and project reviews Implement and maintain quality control processes for BIM deliverables Stay updated on the latest BIM technologies and best practices in infrastructure design and construction Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in KSA, Dubai and the UAE Qualifications Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, with proven expertise in delivering infrastructure projects using BIM in accordance with ISO 19650 standards. Proficiency in BIM software, including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and Civil 3D Strong understanding of 3D modeling, visualization techniques, and infrastructure design principles Extensive knowledge of construction processes and project lifecycles Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams BIM certification, such as Autodesk Certified Professional, is preferred Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects In-depth knowledge of BIM standards and best practices Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in GCC Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously Company Description Egis is a leading global architectural, consulting, construction engineering, operations and mobility services firm.
