Program Manager – Sales - French speaker

We are looking for a Program Manager to join our Sales Department and become the trusted right hand of our Key Account Director. What You'll Do Review and follow up on client accounts, making sure every requirement is understood and every Quality Control Program delivers real satisfaction Propose and set up solutions that add value for our clients and raise our overall service quality Be the communication hub between operations, back-office, frontline teams and client key contacts Support pre-sales inquiries and client meetings alongside our operations experts Partner with a team of technical experts to roll out quick wins and long-term programs for key accounts Qualifications What You Bring A degree in Sales, Supply Chain or Business Administration 7+ years in Sales, ideally within a lab or Quality Control company Fluent English and French Strong Excel skills (Macros, VBA) and PowerPoint A sharp problem-solver who prioritizes well and thrives under deadlines A true team player Company Description “At QIMA, you feel like you belong from Day 1.
