As Head of Sales DACH, you will lead a high-performing sales organization, accelerate business growth, build exceptional talent and strengthen customer partnerships across the DACH region. You will also serve as a key member of the Allergan Aesthetics Leadership Team. What You Will Do Own revenue, market share and commercial performance across the Allergan Aesthetics portfolio Develop and execute growth strategies that deliver sustainable business results Lead, coach and develop a diverse field-based sales organization Build a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and customer excellence Partner closely with Marketing, Medical, Finance, AMI and Business Excellence Leverage customer, market and competitive insights to drive strategic decisions Champion talent development and succession planning across the organization Ensure compliant, ethical and customer-centric business practices Qualifikationen What You Bring Significant commercial leadership experience within medical aesthetics, FMCG, pharmaceuticals or a related industry Qualification under §75 AMG (Pharmareferent*in) or an equivalent scientific qualification Proven track record of delivering growth and leading high-performing sales teams Strong coaching and people leadership capabilities Strategic mindset combined with strong execution skills Ability to influence across complex, cross-functional environments Excellent business acumen, analytical skills and customer focus Fluent German and English Passion for developing people, building businesses and creating customer value Why AbbVie?
