Job Description Handle incoming/outgoing correspondence, process Purchase Orders (POs), and accurately input invoice data into the computer system. Maintain and organize all letters, invoices, PO forms, and outgoing correspondence records according to the departmental filing system. Assist the Landfilling Team in logging daily operational data for Posi-Shell, covering materials, and handling Asbestos disposal booking forms. Compile, organize, and categorize daily operational records to sustain smooth and efficient day-to-day departments running. Assist in preparing, updating, and maintaining the department’s staff duty rosters to ensure optimal manpower allocation. Coordinate with other departments on administrative matters and assist with applications and documentation for operational license renewals. Qualifications Diploma or equivalent qualification in business/administration related field. Additional Information Requirements: 1–2 years of clerical, administrative assistant, or data entry experience is preferred (Fresh graduates are welcome to apply) Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) Good communication and interpersonal skills Good communication and writing skills in both Chinese and English Benefit: Medical and Hospitalization Insurance Life Insurance Parental Leave Volunteer Leave Exam Leave We offer an attractive remuneration package to the right candidate.
