Are you an experienced recruiter ready to take the next step and gain greater ownership of the end-to-end hiring process? We are building our talent pipeline for future Talent Acquisition Specialist opportunities in Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for recruitment professionals who want to develop their careers within a global pharmaceutical environment, partnering closely with business leaders, HR and Talent Acquisition colleagues while delivering an outstanding experience for candidates. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will manage recruitment activities from initial intake through offer and onboarding, combine strong operational execution with proactive sourcing, and contribute ideas that continuously improve how we attract and hire talent. What you’ll do Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from job posting and sourcing through interviews, offers and onboarding. Partner with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, advising on role requirements, candidate profiles and selection processes. Proactively identify and engage talent through direct sourcing, talent databases, online channels and professional networks. Create a consistent, engaging and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey. Manage candidate and requisition data accurately within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and provide visibility on pipelines and recruiting activity. Prepare offers and recruitment documentation while following required approval processes. Work closely with HR, Total Rewards, HR Services and Works Council stakeholders to ensure compliant and effective hiring processes. Collaborate with local and global Talent Acquisition colleagues, exchanging best practices and helping improve recruitment tools and processes. Identify opportunities to make recruiting simpler, faster and more effective, contributing to TA projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Support fair and inclusive hiring practices throughout sourcing, assessment and selection. Qualifications What you bring Previous experience managing or coordinating recruitment processes in a fast-paced environment, ideally within pharmaceuticals, life sciences or another complex organization. Strong understanding of the German recruitment environment, including German employment regulations and Works Council requirements. Experience with candidate sourcing and talent identification, alongside operational recruitment delivery. Confidence working with hiring managers and HR stakeholders and the ability to build trusted relationships. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities independently. Experience working with ATS/recruitment technologies and Microsoft Office. Excellent communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken. Bachelor’s degree; additional HR or postgraduate qualifications are an advantage. A proactive, collaborative mindset with an interest in improving how recruitment is delivered. Why this opportunity? This role offers the chance to build broad Talent Acquisition expertise within an international environment while taking increasing ownership of the recruitment lifecycle. You’ll combine hands-on recruiting, sourcing, stakeholder partnership and candidate engagement with exposure to a global TA organization and opportunities to contribute beyond day-to-day recruitment. For someone looking to grow from strong recruitment execution toward a more strategic Talent Acquisition career, this is an opportunity to build the experience, relationships and business understanding to take that next step.
