(Senior) Brand Manager

Job Description Lead the strategy for assigned indications (DME/RVO), translating market dynamics, customer needs, competitive landscape, and stakeholder insights into clear strategic priorities and actionable brand plans. Build and sustain strategic relationships with KOLs to advance scientific exchange, generate insights, and support the development of indication strategies. Identify key opportunities and barriers across DME/RVO, and lead the development and execution of indication-specific initiatives to address unmet needs and support brand growth, including key messaging, promotional materials, engagement platforms and activities. Partner with regional and global teams to align on go-to-market strategies and share best practices. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or above in medicine, pharmacy, business, or a related field. Proven experience in KOL management, project design, and project management. Experience in ophthalmology or specialty pharmaceutical marketing is preferred. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and strategic agility skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills in both English and Chinese, with proficiency in standard software applications.
