What You’ll Be Doing Drive commercial growth across your market Identify, negotiate, and close high-impact partnerships Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders Analyze performance and continuously optimize your sales strategy Collaborate cross-functionally (marketing, operations, product) Potentially lead and develop a local sales team Qualifications Solid experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships A track record of hitting — and exceeding — targets Strong commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically Confidence in negotiations and stakeholder management Fluent German and strong English skills Experience from fast-paced environments (scale-ups, retail, FMCG, marketplaces, etc.) is a plus Additional Information This is an open application, which means we’re always looking for strong Sales Managers to join us as opportunities arise.
