The engineer collaborates with different stakeholders to ensure that the applications developed align with organizational goals and provide seamless functionality. Continuous refinement and adaptation of applications to evolving business demands are integral parts of the daily workflow, fostering innovation and efficiency within the team and the broader enterprise. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the coordination of project activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to align project objectives. - Continuously evaluate and improve development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Generative AI. - Experience in designing and implementing AI-driven software solutions that address complex business challenges. - Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices in application design. - Ability to integrate AI models with existing systems and workflows effectively. - Familiarity with programming languages and frameworks commonly used in AI application development. - Capability to analyze and optimize AI model performance within software applications.
