This role requires a dynamic approach to troubleshooting, ensuring the smooth operation of critical applications. The professional collaborates with different teams to maintain system stability and performance, while continuously monitoring and analyzing system behavior to prevent potential disruptions. The work environment is fast-paced and requires adaptability to handle multiple challenges that arise within complex software ecosystems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve operational processes and enhance system reliability. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development. - Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and issue resolution. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Network Operations, SD-WAN Implementation. - Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and protocols to support enterprise environments. - Experience in monitoring and managing network performance and security. - Ability to analyze complex system logs and troubleshoot multi-layered network issues. - Familiarity with automation tools and scripting to streamline operational tasks. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering timely and effective solutions.
