This role includes managing the configuration, integration, and release processes to ensure seamless delivery. The position requires setting and maintaining platform standards that guarantee system stability and optimal performance while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of these solutions is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring that the technology landscape supports organizational goals effectively and efficiently. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a subject matter expert with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have influencing and advisory skills. - Engage with multiple teams and responsible for team decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams, and provide solutions to business area problems. - Lead the development and implementation of architectural strategies that support scalable and sustainable packaged or software as a service solutions. - Facilitate communication and collaboration between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful project delivery. - Mentor and guide junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Enterprise Architecture Strategy. - Strong expertise in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures for packaged and software as a service applications. - Experience in managing integration frameworks and release management processes. - Ability to define and enforce platform standards that ensure system reliability and performance. - Skilled in evaluating vendor solutions and aligning them with business and technical requirements. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on cross-team and business-wide impact.
