This role leads the Order-to-Cash (OTC) function for driving transformation initiatives, and delivery excellence across Deductions, Collections, Cash Application, Credit Management and AR analytics.• The team works closely with client and internal stakeholders to drive automation and analytics-led process optimization, and establish governance, forecasting, and reporting frameworks. • In this role, you will be expected to enable data-driven decision-making for leading transformation across OTC sub-towers, and act as the primary liaison for the OTC tower transformation with client and internal stakeholders.
