Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that meet project objectives. - Facilitate communication between technical teams and business units to ensure alignment. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in React.js. - Experience with component-based architecture and state management techniques. - Strong understanding of front-end development principles and responsive design. - Familiarity with integrating APIs and managing asynchronous data flows. - Ability to optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues.
