This role requires defining high-level customer needs and designing the necessary business frameworks and solutions to support these opportunities. Additionally, the position involves crafting detailed business cases that align with the strategic vision, ensuring that proposed initiatives are both feasible and impactful. Collaboration with various stakeholders to align objectives and drive business transformation is a key aspect of daily activities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Facilitate alignment between business goals and technology capabilities to ensure cohesive strategy execution. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical. - Strong expertise in designing and implementing customer relationship management solutions. - Experience in integrating Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other enterprise systems. - Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into technical requirements. - Skilled in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet diverse business needs. - Competence in troubleshooting and optimizing CRM performance to enhance user experience.
