Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective software solutions. - Maintain and improve existing software by identifying areas for enhancement and implementing necessary changes. - Document development processes, code changes, and technical specifications to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance. - Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA. - Strong knowledge of SAP ABAP programming concepts and experience with HANA database integration. - Experience in developing and optimizing custom reports, interfaces, forms, and enhancements within SAP environments. - Familiarity with agile software development practices and ability to work effectively in iterative development cycles. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP ABAP applications and HANA platform. - Understanding of performance tuning and code optimization techniques specific to SAP HANA.
