The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead strategic planning and execution to align project goals with organizational objectives. - Facilitate collaboration and communication among diverse teams to drive project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Service Transition. - Strong capability in managing change processes and ensuring smooth transition of services. - Experience in stakeholder engagement and communication to support service delivery. - Ability to analyze risks and implement mitigation strategies during service transitions. - Skilled in coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve seamless integration of new or changed services.
