This includes managing the configuration, overseeing integrations with other systems, and coordinating release activities. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solution remains stable, performs efficiently, and aligns with both business requirements and vendor limitations. Collaboration with various stakeholders to balance technical and operational needs is a key aspect of daily responsibilities, ensuring the solution evolves effectively over time. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Lead efforts to establish and enforce best practices and standards for platform configuration and integration. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployment and release management. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities. - Continuously monitor platform performance and stability, proactively addressing potential issues. - Drive innovation by identifying opportunities to improve existing packaged or software as a service solutions. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC). - Strong knowledge of platform configuration and integration techniques within packaged or software as a service environments. - Experience in managing release cycles and deployment processes to ensure smooth transitions. - Ability to define and implement platform standards that align with business and vendor requirements. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to packaged or software as a service solutions. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams and stakeholders.
