The role requires structuring research projects to gather meaningful insights and analyzing market trends to support ongoing initiatives. Throughout the day, the Researcher synthesizes findings and develops communication strategies that effectively convey research outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring that key projects are well-informed and aligned with current market dynamics. Collaboration and thoughtful consideration of research data are central to driving impactful results. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of research methodologies to enhance project outcomes. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning within the team to foster innovation. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting in their professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Asset Performance Management (APM). - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights. - Experience in managing and coordinating cross-functional teams to achieve research objectives. - Excellent communication skills to effectively present research findings and influence decision-making. - Ability to design and execute comprehensive research plans using both qualitative and quantitative techniques. - Familiarity with industry trends and best practices related to asset performance and management.
