This role requires continuous collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure that the developed solutions effectively support organizational goals. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and adapting to evolving project needs while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality applications that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement improvements in application design and development processes. - Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing. - Coordinate cross-functional activities to ensure seamless integration of applications within the broader technology ecosystem. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development, React.js, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Angular. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with React.js, Microsoft Azure DevOps, Angular. - Strong knowledge of front-end and back-end development frameworks and tools. - Experience in designing scalable and maintainable software architectures. - Familiarity with version control systems and continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance across different environments.
