This role requires engaging with various stages of the development lifecycle to create seamless and efficient solutions. The engineer collaborates with cross-functional teams to integrate new technologies and approaches, ensuring that the delivered products meet client needs and enhance service quality. Embracing a cloud-first and agile methodology, the workday is dynamic and focused on continuous improvement and innovation to address complex business challenges. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Maintain and improve existing software applications to enhance performance and user experience. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance to support their professional growth. - Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices throughout the development process. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development. - Experience with front-end technologies such as ASP.Net MVC, SOAP, Rest API, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks. - Strong understanding of backend development, including database management and API integration. - Familiarity with cloud platforms and services to support scalable application deployment. - Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems effectively.
