Project Role : Business Process Architect Project Role Description : Design business processes, including characteristics and key performance indicators (KPIs), to meet process and functional requirements. Work closely with the Application Architect to create the process blueprint and establish business process requirements to drive out application requirements and metrics. Assist in quality management reviews, ensure all business and design requirements are met. Educate stakeholders to ensure a complete understanding of the designs. Must have skills : SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves designing comprehensive business processes that align with organizational goals and functional needs. This role requires close collaboration with various stakeholders to develop detailed process blueprints and establish clear performance indicators. The professional ensures that all design and business requirements are thoroughly reviewed and met, while also facilitating knowledge sharing and education among stakeholders to promote a deep understanding of the process designs. The position demands a proactive approach to quality management and continuous improvement within the business process framework. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the development and refinement of business process frameworks to enhance operational efficiency. - Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure alignment on process objectives. - Support junior team members by providing guidance and fostering professional growth. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP). - Strong expertise in business process modeling and performance measurement. - Experience in collaborating with application architects to translate business needs into technical requirements. - Ability to conduct quality management reviews and ensure compliance with design standards. - Excellent communication skills to effectively educate and engage stakeholders. - Capability to analyze complex business scenarios and develop practical process solutions.
