The role centers on managing the entire quality engineering lifecycle with a strong emphasis on automation, aiming to elevate control, precision, and data integrity throughout the testing phases. This position requires continuous engagement with evolving methodologies to ensure that testing outcomes meet the highest standards and contribute to the overall success of the project. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and optimize testing workflows. - Maintain and update automated test scripts to ensure alignment with changing project requirements. - Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on automation best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Automated Testing. - Experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using various automation frameworks. - Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies. - Ability to analyze test results, identify defects, and communicate findings effectively. - Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment processes to support automated testing. - Skilled in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to test automation tools and environments.
