You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to build scalable and efficient software that meets unique business requirements. Your role is dynamic, requiring continuous adaptation to evolving project needs and close coordination with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development. - Assist in documenting technical specifications and design decisions to support project transparency and knowledge sharing. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices. - Continuously explore and suggest improvements to enhance software performance and maintainability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Application Development. - Experience with cloud-native application design and deployment within the SAP Business Technology Platform environment. - Familiarity with integration techniques and APIs to connect custom applications with existing enterprise systems. - Knowledge of agile software development lifecycle and continuous integration/continuous deployment practices. - Ability to troubleshoot and optimize application performance in complex system landscapes.
