As a Business Process Architect, a typical day involves analyzing and designing innovative business processes to develop comprehensive documentation that supports the implementation of new processes and technologies. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases that align with process and functional needs. Additionally, the position involves engaging in user and task analysis to accurately represent and address business requirements, ensuring that solutions are well-informed and effectively tailored to organizational goals. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of business processes with organizational objectives. - Continuously evaluate existing processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on process design and documentation. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather insights and feedback from various stakeholders. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP BTP Integration Suite. - Experience in designing and modeling business processes using industry-standard methodologies. - Strong analytical skills to interpret complex business requirements and translate them into process designs. - Ability to work with various stakeholders to gather and validate business needs. - Familiarity with integration technologies and their application in business process automation. - Excellent communication skills to document and present process designs clearly and effectively.
