This role requires envisioning the architecture of neural networks that are trained on extensive datasets, ensuring the models can effectively interpret and produce natural language. The position demands continuous collaboration with various teams to refine model parameters and optimize performance, while also staying abreast of emerging trends and technologies in the field of language processing. The architect plays a crucial role in shaping the capabilities of intelligent systems that interact seamlessly with users through natural language. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the development and implementation of scalable language model architectures that meet project requirements. - Mentor and guide team members to foster professional growth and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML). - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Snowflake Data Warehouse, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure Data Services. - Strong expertise in designing and tuning neural networks for natural language processing tasks. - In-depth understanding of large-scale data processing and model training techniques. - Experience with optimization algorithms and performance evaluation metrics for language models. - Ability to integrate machine learning models into production environments with a focus on scalability and reliability.
