Project Role : Operations Engineer Project Role Description : Support the operations and/or manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreement. Must have skills : Network Infrastructures, Service Engineer Good to have skills : NA Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: Service Engineer -A Network Service Engineer ensures the availability, performance, and stability of enterprise network services through proactive monitoring, incident resolution, troubleshooting, and change implementation across LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Security,DDI , SASE Roles & Responsibilities: Roles & Responsibilities: Manage daily operations of WAN, LAN, WLAN, SD-WAN, DNS/DDI, Load Balancing Monitor network performance, availability, capacity, and service health. Perform incident management, troubleshooting, and service restoration activities. Support Major Incident Management (MIM) and engage vendors/TAC teams for critical issues. Execute approved changes, validate implementations, and perform post-change verification. Create and maintain operational runbooks, SOPs, and technical documentation. Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and drive preventive actions for recurring issues. Manage CMDB updates, asset inventory accuracy, and lifecycle activities. Collaborate with application, cloud, security, and infrastructure teams to ensure end-to-end service availability. Participate in on-call and escalation support for business-critical services. Contribute to continuous service improvement, operational efficiency, and automation opportunities.
