Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead the evaluation and integration of emerging technologies to enhance architectural frameworks. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to support professional growth and project success. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM). - Strong expertise in designing scalable and high-performance technology architectures. - Experience in solution definition that meets complex capability requirements. - Ability to analyze and optimize system performance across diverse platforms. - Skilled in collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive architectural consistency and innovation.
