JT Fusion SaaS Architect - Oracle

Overview The primary responsibility of this role is to act as an Oracle Fusion SaaS Solution Architect for high priority enterprise and mid-market opportunities, ensuring seamless cloud ERP transformation initiatives. The Solution Architect will drive end-to-end solution architecture efforts by designing scalable Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions that enable clients to modernize finance, HR, supply chain, and enterprise operations. The ideal candidate will design comprehensive Oracle Fusion SaaS transformation strategies that modernize core business processes across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM modules. The role will assess existing application landscapes, define cloud migration roadmaps, architect integration patterns across enterprise systems, and design scalable SaaS solutions that align with evolving business needs while maximizing operational efficiency. The role will leverage capabilities across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, SaaS implementation methodologies, cloud migration strategies, workflow automation, API and systems integration, reporting and analytics, and industry-specific solution frameworks to create integrated and future ready solutions. The Solution Architect will partner closely with Sales, Delivery, and clients to define solution architecture, develop commercial models, establish pricing and costing strategies, and create compelling proposals aligned to business transformation objectives. Given the increasing demand for cloud ERP modernization and the strategic importance of Oracle Fusion SaaS opportunities, this role is essential to accelerate deal cycles, improve solution quality, strengthen market competitiveness, and deliver scalable, client-centric transformation outcomes. The successful candidate will bring a Forward Deployment Engineering mindset, combining business acumen, Oracle Fusion architecture expertise, engineering discipline, rapid prototyping capabilities, and innovation-led thinking to solve complex ERP transformation challenges. Key Responsibilities Solution Architecture, Deal Strategy & Forward Deployment Engineering • Design comprehensive Oracle Fusion SaaS transformation strategies that modernize core business processes across Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM modules. • Assess existing application landscapes, define cloud migration roadmaps, and architect integration patterns across enterprise systems. • Design scalable SaaS solutions that align with evolving business needs while maximizing operational efficiency and business value. • Leverage capabilities across Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, SaaS implementation methodologies, cloud migration strategies, workflow automation, and API/systems integration. • Translate client requirements into differentiated, deliverable solutions using in-depth knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud, industry-specific frameworks, and enterprise business processes. • Collaborate with Sales Pursuit, Business Architecture, Engineering, and Delivery Teams to develop winnable, scalable, and deliverable solutions that underpin the client value proposition and business case. • Design and deliver compelling Oracle Fusion SaaS solutions that differentiate Accenture from competitors in the cloud ERP market. • Develop commercial models, establish pricing and costing strategies, and create compelling proposals aligned to business transformation objectives. • Guide deal strategy by providing industry, technology, Oracle, and functional insights while leveraging Accenture's solution portfolio and industry accelerators. • Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple solution advisors, engineering teams, and delivery stakeholders. • Oversee responses to RFIs and RFPs, ensuring accuracy, innovation, feasibility, and strategic alignment. • Apply Forward Deployment Engineering principles to rapidly translate client business challenges into executable Oracle Fusion-centric solutions, accelerators, prototypes, and implementation approaches. • Collaborate directly with clients, product teams, delivery teams, and ecosystem partners to validate solution hypotheses through proof-of-concepts, pilots, and minimum viable solutions. • Act as the technical bridge between sales, architecture, engineering, and delivery teams to accelerate solution adoption and realization of business outcomes. • Develop solution roadmaps aligned with business objectives, value realization metrics, and long term transformation goals. Client Engagement & Advisory • Establish and maintain trusted advisor relationships with senior Client / Business Leads and key stakeholders in enterprise and mid-market organizations. • Communicate business outcomes, value realization, and transformation benefits enabled through Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and EPM. • Co-create solutions with clients and delivery teams and advise on Oracle Fusion best practices, True Cloud Method, and cloud ERP modernization strategies. • Conduct discovery workshops, design thinking sessions, and value realization discussions to identify business priorities and quick-win packaged solutions. • Advise clients on leveraging Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Integration Cloud, and Oracle AI services to drive measurable business value. • Identify opportunities to embed AI-enabled business processes, predictive insights, and intelligent automation within Oracle Fusion landscapes. Engineering Mindset & Innovation • Demonstrate an engineering-first mindset by approaching client challenges through structured problem-solving, experimentation, rapid prototyping, and measurable outcomes. • Promote reuse of Oracle Fusion accelerators, reference architectures, industry solution templates, integration frameworks, industry assets, and delivery best practices. • Evaluate emerging Oracle, AI, cloud, data, and integration technologies and assess their applicability to client transformation objectives. • Drive innovation through the development of proof-of-concepts, pilot solutions, reusable assets, and industry-specific accelerators. • Promote continuous improvement across solution design, estimation approaches, delivery methodologies, and support operating models. • Contribute to Accenture's intellectual property, Oracle Fusion solution assets, thought leadership, and innovation initiatives. Thought Leadership & Mentorship • Support sales, industry, and marketing events (on-site and virtual) to showcase Oracle Fusion SaaS capabilities and innovation-led transformation approaches. • Maintain relevant Oracle, cloud, architecture, and industry certifications. • Mentor fellow Solution Architects and contribute to capability development across the Oracle Fusion SaaS practice. • Share knowledge, best practices, engineering approaches, and thought leadership across teams and communities. • Contribute to industry point-of-views, client workshops, solution assets, and innovation initiatives. Qualifications Experience • Minimum 8 years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, including Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, SCM, and/or EPM modules, with a strong functional and cross-process integration background. • Minimum 5 years of experience delivering Oracle Fusion SaaS transformation programs across finance, HR, supply chain, or enterprise operations. • Minimum 3–5 years of Solution Planning and Deal Shaping experience, including RFP responses, staffing models, pricing inputs, solution estimations, and executive presentations. • Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud configuration, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). • Proven experience leading solution workshops, discovery sessions, design thinking engagements, and value realization discussions with Oracle stakeholders. • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into executable Oracle Fusion architecture and engineering solutions. • Experience developing proof-of-concepts, pilot solutions, reusable accelerators, and innovation assets. • Experience supporting cloud transformation, business modernization, and digital reinvention initiatives within the Oracle ecosystem. • Experience working across implementation, managed services, and transformation programs. Education • Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years of work experience). Preferred Skills • Deep understanding of integration across Oracle Fusion modules and end-to-end business processes (record-to-report, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash, hire-to-retire, plan-to-produce). • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP (Financials, Procurement, Project Management), HCM (Core HR, Talent, Payroll), SCM (SCM Cloud, Manufacturing, Order Management), and EPM (Planning, Financial Consolidation). • Hands-on / deep expertise with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS), and REST/SOAP APIs. • Experience with Oracle True Cloud Method, Oracle Unified Method (OUM), and modern cloud implementation methodologies. • Experience with cloud ERP migration strategies from legacy platforms (Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, SAP ECC) to Oracle Fusion Cloud. • Understanding of cloud-native architecture principles and integration patterns. • Experience designing composable enterprise architectures using APIs, event-driven architectures, and microservices-based approaches. • Familiarity with hyperscaler ecosystems including AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud and their integration with Oracle landscapes. • Strong communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills. • Ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles and transformation discussions. • Strong analytical, estimation, and solution planning capabilities.
