The practitioner dedicates time to advising the information technology function, helping shape strategic decisions and fostering alignment across multiple teams. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous engagement in complex projects that influence organizational technology outcomes. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a SME with deep knowledge and experience. - Should have Influencing and Advisory skills. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to identify and implement best practices that enhance project delivery and operational efficiency. - Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in O9 Solutions. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities related to enterprise platform technologies. - Experience in managing complex technology projects and delivering advisory services. - Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences. - Skilled in collaborating across cross-functional teams to drive consensus and achieve objectives. - Demonstrated capability in strategic planning and execution within technology environments.
