Project Role : Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance. Must have skills : Contact Center Technology Implementation Good to have skills : NA Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education We are looking for a NiCE IVR Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in developing, configuring, testing, and supporting IVR solutions. Key Responsibilities Design and develop IVR call flows using the NiCE/CXone platform. Configure IVR menus, prompts, routing, transfers, authentication, and error handling. Develop integrations with backend systems using REST APIs. Troubleshoot IVR issues using logs, traces, and debugging tools. Support SIT, UAT, production deployments, and production incidents. Collaborate with Business, QA, and technical teams to deliver IVR enhancements. Prepare and maintain technical documentation. Required Skills 3+ years of NiCE IVR development experience. Strong knowledge of NiCE/CXone and IVR call-flow development. Experience with REST APIs, JSON/XML, SQL, and backend integrations. Knowledge of DTMF, ASR, and TTS. Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and production-support skills. Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
