This role requires a proactive approach to monitoring system performance, diagnosing problems, and ensuring smooth operation across multiple platforms. The position demands continuous engagement with complex technical environments to maintain system reliability and support business continuity, often requiring collaboration with different teams to address challenges promptly and effectively. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency. - Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and best practices to foster professional growth. - Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of support activities with business objectives. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Configuration Database & CI Management. - Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex system issues. - Experience with configuration management tools and maintaining accurate configuration records. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities. - Excellent communication skills to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams. - Familiarity with incident management and problem resolution methodologies.
