Accenture | Industry and Enterprise Software and Platforms Job Title -  Platform Enablement + Consultant/Analyst + GN/Software & Platforms Management Level : Level 09 - Consultant / Level 11 - Analyst Location: Bangalore/ Gurgaon / Hyderabad / Mumbai Job Summary:   We are seeking an Analyst/Consultant to join our rapidly growing Platform Enablement capability within the Software & Platform industry group. The ideal candidate will be passionate about driving digital transformation through ERP platforms enablement, with a strong Functional foundation in SAP S4 HANA modules and a strategic consulting mindset. In this role, you will lead high-impact engagements, shape digital transformation strategy and approach for clients, and contribute to thought leadership for innovation. Roles & Responsibilities:   Lead client engagements to design, develop, and implement S4 HANA solutions Define business cases, transformation roadmaps, and target operating models Advise CXOs and senior executives on how business processes can be revisited with technology capabilities at the forefront for innovation and efficiency Ideate and architect Agentic AI use cases and oversee their integration into key functional processes Stay ahead of AI/GenAI trends and translate them into actionable consulting offerings Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineers, Architects, QA, Security and Industry experts Contribute to business development through proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses Mentor junior team members and build capability within the Platform Enablement practice Represent the firm at industry forums and contribute to whitepapers and PoVs Additional Information:   This role offers exposure to global Fortune 500 technology clients Travel may be required based on client engagements Hybrid work model with flexibility based on project needs Opportunities to shape the firm’s service offerings and thought leadership initiatives About Our Company | Accenture IMPORTANT before applying for a job internally: Review this application criteria. You will be considered for promotion at the next eligible promotion period, except where subject to local law or contractual obligations*. *ICEG, France, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, and Germany: Promotions will be handled in accordance with local labor laws and works council agreements, where applicable).  Priority Skill SAP EWM Must have skills: Proven expertise in S4 HANA solutions strategy, architecture, and implementation Hands-on experience with SAP S4 domains - MM/EWM/FICO/BRIM Strong business acumen with the ability to translate solutions into tangible business value SAP Certifications such as S/4HANA Functional, S/4HANA Professional, SAP Solutions Architect Track record of managing complex client engagements end-to-end Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (C-level and technical teams) Strong project leadership and team management capabilities Good to have skills: Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) with focus on infrastructure/hosting and integration with ERP solutions Experience with Generative AI technologies (e.g., GPT, LLMs, diffusion models) Prior experience in technology consulting or advisory roles Understanding of industry-specific AI use cases in software, hardware, or platforms Experience: For Consultant, Minimum 6 years of professional experience with at least 3-5 years of relevant experience in SAP modules such as MM/EWM/FICO/BRIM - S4 HANA modules For Analyst, Minimum 4 years of professional experience with at least 2 years of experience in SAP modules such as MM/EWM/FICO/BRIM - S4 HANA modules Demonstrated leadership in delivering ERP solutions across digital transformation and systems implementation (Assessment, Strategy, Planning, Design & Implementation) Experience working with large technology firms, consultancies, or hyperscalers is highly preferred   Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE + MBA (top-tier institutes) Important Notice We have been alerted to the existence of fraudulent messages asking job seekers to set up payment to cover various costs associated with establishing employment at Accenture.
