İş Tanımı Develop and execute the annual internal communication plan and editorial calendar Create communication plans for key business and People & Culture initiatives Coordinate content across relevant internal communication channels Support leadership and organizational change communication Ensure consistency of messages, tone of voice and communication standards Partner with functions and project teams on communication needs Manage engagement surveys, employee initiatives, action plans and culture (Track communication reach, engagement and employee feedback) Own the company-wide internal communication agenda within the agreed corporate and P&C strategy Act as communication advisor to senior leaders for high-impact organizational, cultural and change topics Translate complex business and organizational topics into integrated communication strategies Define channel strategy, communication governance and effectiveness measures Lead cross-functional communication initiatives with company-wide employee impact Nitelikler Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Business Administration, Human Resources or a related field. Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in internal/corporate communications, employee engagement, culture or organizational communication. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex business topics into clear, engaging and audience-focused messages. Ability to develop communication strategies and plans that support business priorities. Solid understanding of internal communication channels, content planning and communication governance, with an ability to ensure consistency across employee touchpoints. Data-driven and insight-oriented mindset, with the ability to use engagement results, employee feedback and communication metrics to evaluate effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities. Strong planning, creativity and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple company-wide communication initiatives and priorities simultaneously.
