This role requires guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of design and implementation, ensuring that development practices meet organizational goals. The position demands active involvement in setting standards that promote high-quality, scalable, and efficient software solutions, while fostering collaboration and innovation within the team environment. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the planning and execution of software development activities to meet project timelines and quality standards. - Mentor and support team members to enhance their technical skills and professional growth. - Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM. - Strong knowledge of warehouse management processes and integration with enterprise resource planning systems. - Experience in designing scalable software architectures and ensuring system performance. - Ability to lead technical reviews and enforce coding standards across development teams. - Familiarity with debugging, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex software solutions. - Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering effective and sustainable solutions.
