Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Lead the implementation of best practices and standards within the team to ensure high-quality deliverables. - Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and skill development. - Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Monitor project progress and adjust plans to meet deadlines and quality standards. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j. - Strong experience in graph database design and query optimization. - Ability to develop and maintain scalable software components using modern programming languages. - Familiarity with agile software development methodologies and continuous integration practices. - Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to database and application performance. - Capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions.
