This role requires defining robust solutions that address critical aspects such as performance optimization, capability enhancement, and scalability to support evolving business needs. The position demands a strategic approach to ensure that architectural designs align with organizational goals and technical requirements, fostering innovation and efficiency throughout the development lifecycle. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architectural consistency and integration across projects. - Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing architecture. - Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on architectural best practices. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in IBM WebSphere MQ & Message Broker Administration. - Experience in managing and configuring messaging middleware to ensure reliable and secure message delivery. - Strong understanding of message queuing concepts, transaction management, and integration patterns. - Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to message brokers and middleware infrastructure. - Familiarity with performance tuning and capacity planning for messaging systems.
